30 Days to Courage (Day Five)

30 Days to Courage

Yesterday did you do the assignment? If yes, wonderful!!! Good for you.
If not, go back to the assignment you missed and then come back to this page.

Today we move to the other side of fear.

Step one:
Working on the same fear as yesterday, today you will draw again in an abstract way. My illustration above was how I did this assignment.
Your drawing will look very different however, it may be that only you can understand what it says. Do not try to make it look like anything other than what feels right.

On a new piece of computer paper or scrap paper write on the top of the paper... What if the opposite of this fear were actually true?

Just as you did before, draw what feels right in an abstract way to answer this question by allowing the pencil to move in the way it wants to as if it had a mind of it's own.

Step two:
Decode your drawing. Write your answers down and label the paper the same as above.

What does it seem to say to me?
What does it feel like it is saying?
How do I feel when I look at this new drawing?
What makes sense is...
I now believe that...

What have you discovered from this drawing?

Tomorrow we will take it another step further. Hang in there, it gets even better.
